We have used the Carer Company to find help three times in the last  5 years, the last two occasions we employed fabulous Housekeeper/Carer’s from them.

 On all three occasions they provided incredibly sensitive and intelligent help, asking pertinent questions and understanding my specific needs extremely well.

 We have always used two or more agencies whilst searching for a carer for my Grandmother and The Carer Company has consistently performed head and shoulders above the others in terms of communication, provision of clear details, CV’s, photographs and references.

 Finding a person to live in is a complex process, which relies heavily on the agencies, understanding of an individual’s character and needs and Julia has been very intuitive in her understanding, even though we have only ever spoken on the phone.

 The quality of all the candidates she puts forward has always been extremely high and met our specific needs but also given us a creative range of people to choose from. Their provision of all the paperwork needed to make the whole process as easy as possible, contracts, employment rules, insurance etc. is also key. I couldn’t recommend them as a company highly enough.

We used the Housekeeper Company to recruit a part-time gardener / handyman to work in our busy, family of 5, household.  This was our first experience of employing someone to work in our home and we were fairly apprehensive about the recruitment process and anxious to get the right person for the job.

The Housekeeper Company made the process simple from start to finish.  After providing details of our requirements we were sent CVs for 5 candidates, all of whom had relevant experience for the role. The Housekeeper Company had already conducted a first interview process and undertaken reference checks.  All we needed to do was meet the applicants and decide which who was the best fit for our family.

The entire process from very first contact with the Housekeeper Company to our new handyman/gardener starting work took less than 2 months and was far simpler than we expected.  The 12 week guarantee period gives comfort in case things don’t go right first time.  We were extremely pleased with the process and would definitely recommend the service to anyone.
