Formerly the preserve of London’s high society, Filipino housekeepers are increasingly popular in affluent Cheshire households, according to The Housekeeper Company. From footballers to stockbrokers, residents of Cheshire’s golden triangle are turning to the reliable and discreet services of Filipino housekeepers.

In the last few months alone, The Housekeeper Company has placed 24 Filipino housekeepers with clients in Hale, Knutsford, Mottram, Wilmslow and Alderley Edge.

Dawn Ward, wife of Ex Sheffield United player Ashley Ward, is evangelical about the benefits of Filipino housekeepers. With two young children and two businesses to run, an old people’s home and a property development company, she has to be certain of having reliable, caring help in the home. The couple found the ideal solution in a Filipino housekeeper who now lives with the family at their home in Wilmslow.
